Can I use raw files I already got from WeGene, BGI, or 23andMe?
Yes. If the raw file is still in your hands and the format is usable, Fern Gene can pick up the long-term value from there.
What matters most
- The point is not to buy another test.
- The point is to keep this file useful afterwards.
- Phones start with txt, VCF, gVCF, and .genomesprofile. Heavier BAM and CRAM flows belong on desktop.
