How do I get my raw files from BGI?
The exact export depends on the product you bought. Start with the order page, download center, or support entry and confirm whether they can provide FASTQ, BAM/CRAM, VCF/gVCF, or another standard export. If the button is not visible, ask support directly with your order number.
What matters most
- First confirm whether the order was a chip product, WGS, WES, or another workflow, because the deliverables differ.
- When asking for the files, confirm the sample ID, reference build, and exact export format together.
- If the only deliverable is a PDF or app report, the long-term reuse value is much more limited.
