How do I get my raw files from WeGene?
Usually the raw export lives under the order detail, data page, or download entry. Keep the original package first, then confirm whether it is a chip txt export, a VCF, or a fuller sequencing deliverable.
What matters most
- Save the original package itself, not just screenshots or the bundled PDF report.
- Check whether the source is chip data or WGS/WES before deciding what coverage to expect later.
